How it works

From idea to your mats

  1. Request a quote

    Tell us the products, how many and your ideas. We'll reply by email.

  2. Approve your mockups

    We make mockups in your own portal. Ask for changes until they're right.

  3. Order and pay

    Enter the sizes for each design in the portal and pay the invoice by card.

  4. We make it

    Delivered 4 to 6 weeks from payment, with tracking emailed when it ships.

  5. Reorder anytime

    Your designs stay in your portal, so the next order takes minutes.

FAQ

Questions

What's the minimum order?

10 pieces per design. The sizes can be mixed: youth, adult and women's cut sizes all count toward the 10.

How long does it take?

4 to 6 weeks from payment. Rush orders take 2 to 4 weeks for $200 extra, and import duties on rush orders are billed separately.

Do you charge for design work?

No. Design and graphic work is free once your order is placed. Send us finished artwork, a rough idea, or ask us to design it from scratch.

What sizes do you make?

Rash guards come in youth YXS to YXL, adult XXS to 5XL, and a women's cut, FXS to FXL. Shorts come in youth and adult sizes. Gis and belts come in youth M0000 to M1 and adult A0 to A5.

How do I pay?

By card, on a secure Stripe invoice from your portal, due in 14 days. Pay the whole order up front, or pay 50% to start production and the rest when it's finished, before it ships. Rush orders are paid in full.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Tell us in your portal within 45 days of it shipping: which pieces, and what's wrong. If we approve it, we remake those pieces at no cost and ship them with their own tracking number.

Do you ship outside the US?

Prices include shipping to the US. For anywhere else, tell us where in your quote request and we'll quote the shipping.

Can individuals order, or only academies?

Academies, teams and individuals can all order. The same 10-piece minimum per design applies.

How do reorders work?

Once your designs are approved, they live in your own ButterflyX Customs portal with your prices. Reordering is choosing the sizes and paying the invoice.
